To qualify for a return, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your package. Upon contact, further instructions will be given on the return procedure.
Your refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be processed when we receive your package. It is recommended that returns are sent back with tracking. Unfortunately we cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.
Express/Rush fees are non-refundable.
Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.
If you are returning an item from outside of Europe, please note that we will not be responsible for any customs fees, as they will be subtracted from your refund amount. To avoid us having to pay customs fees, it is best to ship the return via standard mail, and state on the customs form that it is a "return".
